2009
Welcome to our all new 2009 comprehensive training and event programme.
For the first time we are offering exclusive training and riding weeks on the island of Majorca to go with our 5 UK sportives and the Duva International sportive from Port de Pollensa on the north of Majorca.
Training weeks start from mid February and sportive training from early March all based at the 4 Star Duva hotel.
Sportives are major challenges for most riders and many train very hard to complete these rides, and often the UK weather curtails early base miles and training for these events, especially the early season classics and the later continental etapes.
We are now in a position to offer specialist sportive training packages with full ride back up and nutritional support.
The 4 Star Duva hotel in Majorca has full indoor swimming and sports centre facilities, jacuzzi, spinning and sauna all on site, all you have to do is arrive at Palma airport and leave the rest to us.
Bring your own bike or we can arrange the hire of a top Massi carbon/Shimano spec machine for your stay.
All trips include half board with drinks at meal times, airport transfers, High5 performance drinks and products, full back up support vehicle on organised rides, mechanical back up and guided routes.
Our UK sportive programme continues to grow, with 5 scheduled events starting with the Forest of Dean Spring Classic on May 2nd /3rd 2009.
The 2009 programme has become more regionalised (around the Midlands and East Anglia) from our Cambridgeshire base, due to transport costs and travelling time that effect us all.
The economic climate will affect us all in 2009, so we are offering a loyalty card entry to our regular riders when entering all 5 UK events in a calendar year we will then give you one ride “FREE” plus 50% discount for the Duva International sportive in Majorca, plus we have capped all our entry fees at £25 for 2009.
The cards will be available from early 2009 and also guarantee a VIP entry to each event, plus a sportive starter pack from our sponsors worth £20. Anyone that has already entered a 2009 event is still able to take advantage of this unique offer. Please contact us for further information.
Again we will support a charity and for 2009 we are helping the Geoff Thomas Foundation supporting people tackling cancer.
